What is the purpose of the secondary assessment?

What this type asks

The smallest domain on the examination and the one most easily skipped in revision, which is a mistake for a reason worth stating: it is where the picture stops being a snapshot. It has two job tasks. The first is investigating the patient’s current condition and needs through a focused physical assessment, interviewing, and past medical history, so that a treatment plan can continue rather than restart. The second is reassessment — going back over previous findings and the interventions already made to determine what has changed. The examinable idea is that a patient is a moving target, and that the finding which matters most is often the difference between two sets of observations rather than either one alone.
